Mukhanyo Theological College is pleased to work together with Glory to God Bible College, a ministry training centre with a long-standing passion for providing accredited theological training to church leaders in their local context. Following a recent meeting between Mukhanyo representatives and the leadership of Glory to God Bible College, it has been confirmed that this church will become a Mukhanyo local learning centre, and begin facilitating Mukhanyo’s accredited theological qualifications.
Bringing Accredited Training to Grassroots Leaders
This collaboration marks a significant step forward in providing quality, Bible-based theological education, in communities that have long served faithfully without access to accredited training. Glory to God Bible College, founded in response to the urgent need for ministry training among grassroots leaders, has been offering church-based training for many years. Their heart for equipping believers with sound doctrine and practical ministry skills has not gone unnoticed, and now, by God’s grace, they can facilitate qualifications that are nationally recognised.
During the meeting, the leadership of Glory to God Bible College expressed deep gratitude, describing this collaboration as an answer to prayer after many years of seeking accreditation. Mukhanyo’s education model, with its flexible, modular approach, perfectly suits the needs of students who are often bi-vocational, serving their churches while working or supporting families. Through this model, students can grow in theological knowledge, Christian character, and ministry competence without needing to leave their communities.
Accredited Theological Training Programmes Coming Soon
Mukhanyo’s Higher Certificate in Bible Teaching and Higher Certificate in Church Ministry, both accredited at NQF Level 5, will soon be facilitated at Glory to God Bible College. These one-year qualifications provide a strong foundation in Biblical studies, Christian ethics, preaching, pastoral ministry, and church leadership, therefore making them ideal for pastors, elders, lay preachers, and aspiring church leaders.
This collaboration reflects Mukhanyo’s mission to equip church leaders and other Christians in Africa by bringing accessible theological education to where it is needed most. Rather than centralising training in large urban campuses, Mukhanyo empowers local study centres and churches to be strongholds of Biblical teaching in their own regions.
Looking Ahead with Gratitude and Expectation
We give glory to God for this fruitful meeting and look forward to seeing how He will use our collaboration to grow His church. As the need for trained pastors and sound Biblical teaching continues to rise across Southern Africa, Mukhanyo remains committed to multiplying faithful witnesses for Christ through strategic cooperation and local empowerment.
