Mukhanyo Theological College proudly celebrated the graduation of 87 students at a graduation ceremony held on Friday 14 March 2025. The graduates, who came from KwaMhlanga, Johannesburg, Rustenburg, and Pretoria campuses, as well as from various local learning sites across Southern Africa, were honoured for their academic achievements and dedication to their studies.
Among the graduates, special recognition was given to outstanding individuals who have shown exceptional commitment to their studies and ministry. Dr Brian DeVries, Principal of Mukhanyo Theological College, presented awards to the following graduates:
Honours Graduate: Ngwako Justice Ramothwala from the Pretoria Campus. He is in church leadership, married with children, and has demonstrated great leadership potential throughout his studies.
Diploma Graduate: Abram Mabena is from Ogies Local Learning Site. He is a full-time pastor, married with children, and has shown a strong commitment to both his church and his academic work.
HCBT Graduate: Dr Pulane Pitso from the Bloemspruit Local Learning Site (Bloemfontein). She has a Doctorate in Education, is a co-founder of an NPO, and is actively involved in women’s ministry in her local church.
HCCM Graduate: Mogomotsi Ditlopo is from the KwaMhlanga Campus. He is an elder in his church, married with one child and comes from Hammanskraal. His journey through the program reflects his strong leadership and commitment to serving his community.
The ceremony was also filled with inspiring testimonies from graduates who shared how their time at Mukhanyo has shaped their lives and ministries. Some of these graduates will be featured in upcoming interviews, where they will share their stories, and the impact of their education.
All in all, the graduation ceremony was a great success and was enjoyed by everyone who attended. Mukhanyo Theological College continues to play a vital role in equipping church leaders and Christians for impactful ministry in South Africa and beyond. The college’s commitment to quality theological education, combined with its focus on practical ministry skills, ensures that graduates are well-prepared to serve their communities with integrity and wisdom.
